Maui Varieties, Ltd (MVL) is the parent company of four subsidiary companies - BFS, Inc., ACE Hardware Hawaii Inc., Maui Varieties Investments, Inc., and Dean's, Inc..
Serving as MVL's local and national presence, BFS, Inc. and ACE Hardware Hawaii, Inc. are comprised of a total of 32 stores spread throughout the Hawaiian Islands and the West coast. BFS, Inc. has six Ben Franklin Crafts stores and two combo (crafts and hardware) stores. ACE Hardware Hawaii, Inc. has 24 hardware stores.

Maui Varieties Investments, Inc. participates in the real estate industry.

Dean's Inc. serves as MVL's international presence.
